Circumcision remains

Tax inspector from Berdichev was sent to audit a nearby village synagogue. He didn't find any violations so he started to find faults wit Rabbi:
- When the candles are burnt out, what do you do with remains?
- We send the remains to Berdichev. They smelt them and send us new candles.
- Ok. Then what do you do with matzoth crumbs?
- The same. We send them to Berdichev. They grind the crumbs and send us matzoth.
- Ok. Then what do you do with remains after circumcision?
- The same. We send them to Berdichev. They are treated in a special way and…
- And what do they send you back?
- It depends. Today they've sent you.
